1. Taghoy owner accounts
Version 2026-05-27. These terms apply when you create an account to manage a property on Taghoy.
- You are responsible for accurate property information, rates, availability, and staff access you grant.
- You will handle guest deposits, refunds, and disputes directly with guests according to your policies.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
- Taghoy provides software "as is" and may update features, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Optional guest accounts
Version 2026-05-27. Guest accounts on a property's public booking site are optional.
- Creating a guest account helps you track booking status and message the property when that feature is enabled.
- You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Booking status and owner contact details are shown according to the property's settings and your booking state.
- Messaging is for booking-related communication only. Harassment, spam, or illegal content is prohibited.
- The property—not Taghoy—is your host; payment, check-in, house rules, and cancellations are between you and the property.
3. Privacy
We store account and booking data to operate the service. Property owners can see bookings and messages related to their property. Do not share sensitive payment card numbers in chat.
